December now is about to come.. 2009 now is about to finish.. and a new beginning is about to start.. all these facts wake us up that we are now in a half way to complete this term…

HELLO FRIENDS… don’t you realize something??? i do!!! especially when it comes to evaluate the advancement we have been making in our Catalyst Toastmasters’ journey.. for me as the president, about the progress we are on the way within, it is reflected from the way you feel yourself now, in terms of confidence and convenience in Public Speaking and Leadership.. and for every single progress we are making by each of us will finally be our club’s success.. and in this half term remains… we still have WAY TO GO!!!

So that, don’t miss our regular meeting, the place we can share more, learn more and improve more..  and believe me here we will be realizing about something lying within our soul, that is our Uniqueness, each of us is different about it, what is your uniqueness??would you like to share more about it???

Dear Catalysts and friends.. Attending the Semi-Annual Convention Toastmasters International District 51 was a great experience i had ever undergone in my life..Now the question may be you are wondering why? well, is it because to be in that event, i am collecting business cards from many others fellow toastmasters from District 51 and overwhelmed by many delicious food??? No..

But.. it is because i and several friends from Divison J to be there to gain an auspicious moment that i can share with you all here. i broadened my understanding about what Toastmaster is in outside there, including Brunai and Malaysia. untill i come into realization that Toastmaster has got a nice place in those countries making it be easily to grow since mostly citizens there had been touched by the benefit of Toastmasters Educatioanal Program whereas in our Country it is still on the way to be so. and frankly speaking, when i found my self get involved into ‘what do you do for a living?’ conversation, i amazed by the fact that they come from all work and all play. it is in-line with an understanding that to be a Toastmaster you have to be someone who is working for a field needed a Communication Skill and sort of. Because i agree with them that it takes our ability to communicate in order for survive in our lifes.

A lot of this are shared among us during that priceless moment, when i conversed with those who are club officers for their own club, i and them shared ideas about how to give an supportive and positive encouragement to members so that as the time pass them by, they will say:’Alhamdulillah, i’ve been joinning Toastmasters’, only that?? No! we also discussed about how to synergize each officers to create a lively and great meeting, one of them suggest us do an invocation prior to the meeting, just like a moment taking us into an contemplation about  our goals and commitment in Toastmasters, since it is our commitment which is our clubs greatly depend on.

Well, is it that it is? No… there are more stories?? wanna hear it?? i am sure you want it badly!!! because we have a good news since our Club got a Award Presentation for achieving President Distinguished Club for the year of 2008-2009, and another award worth informing

we also have nice stroy accompanying or journey during in Genting Highland and Kuala Lumpur, each of us has our own unique stroy to share with you all,  can you imagine to have a lunch costing you for almost Rp.40.000 for a food which is noting in my tounge in terms of season, rice and many others.. wkwkkwwwkkw.. and also about bu mien who got stuck when purchasing a big box of chocolate but when opened, it was not that big displayed and packaged within its packet wkwkwkkw and many others..

“May be some of you will ask why we have meeting again after one meeting we had on October 1st, today. We do this because we want to substitute the meeting we missed last month due to the Lebaran long holiday, so that none of us will be in adversity and will get more time to deliver our speeches and to take another advantages Toastmasters offer!!”

Imagine…you
stand on that stage, in front of those friends and guests whom you yet
to greet, speaking confidently with firmness and courage shining
through your face. All the audience sit still; looking at you with awe.
Amazed. Your body movement speaks a thousand language, embracing every
word that flows out from your mouth. Your vocal variety flows ever so
smoothly…..with rhythm, cadence, and strength. “THIS stage is mine,”
you said to yourself, “THIS is my time.”

Imagine...envision…that someday… you will experience such a magical transformation.
Imagine…envision…that someday… you will become such a communicator, or maybe even…BETTER.

Dear Catalysts… it has been a long time no words from you all..well..well..well.. i am so sure we must be still in theme of Lebaran Idul Fitri 1430 H untill now.. so that for those celebrating it, let me say…

SELAMAT IDUL FITRI 1430 H, MOHON MAAF LAHIR DAN BATHIN..

Now, with an enermous spirit we gain from this Lebaran Moment, let’s have a look back to see how far we have been in our Toastmaster Journey, from the moment when we start our term and determine our targets to make a progress and spread the benefit each other..  do we keep on making a progress?or we unconsciously leave them all behind?? It is ok Friends.. all that things are just like inevitable things that we can conquer.. and the way to bring it about is by Strengthening Our Commitment…

The Result of Area J5 Contest

Dear Catalysts..

How are you doing??? i hope you all are very OK right now.. even more since we are about to have our annual custom, that is Mudik Lebaran hehehhehe..

well, before being busy with all your mudik preparation or another day-off plan, i have a good news for you..

On last Saturday, Sept 12th 2009, we hosted the Area J5 contest, this was such a great honor for us, because we gave ourselves an opportunity to let others know where we are used to conducting our regular meeting.. we had Unilever TMC and Essensial TMC as competitors, and at that event, all of contestants competed fairly to grab the chance to represent this area for the Division Level, somewhere in October 2009..

after having tigth bee among those contestants, finally we got the result, and to me, it was really out of my mind, even i cannot the imagine who deserved, or did they all deserve? they did, but still in a bee,there will be one winning and others in lost. from our club, there were TM Muhammad Faizal Ahda, TM Elly Juniarti, and TM Primadiansyah. and you friends.. three of them appeared confidently and performed their best, Prima was very impressing with and thoroughfull evaluation,and so was TM Ahda.. well.. about Bu Elly, not to talk about her ability in entertaining us… you all know her well, right?? and even she was not really in a good health, but she had showed her best.. salut to all of them.. CONGRATULATION….
